  We first met Martha on Thanksgiving weekend last year to look at the house. It was Sunday and we caught her at her office. Even though it was Thanksgiving weekend she agreed to show us the house. She helped us find the financing we needed to buy the house. We closed on the house by internet and fax. Temperatures were unusually cold and Martha took it upon herself to turn the heat on so our pipes didn't freeze and break since we were still in Michigan. Two weeks later when we arrived at the house to move in she brought us lunch from the Chile Fiesta. it. She has been very helpful with information about the town and where to go and what to do. Even sent her son to help me when I locked myself out out of my truck at the store. Jan and I believe that customer service is number one and that Martha and her staff went above and beyond. We hope she knows that we appreciate her very much.
